At Pregnancy Resource Center of Tracy, we understand that an unexpected pregnancy can be confusing and overwhelming. Your next steps do not have to be taken alone. Many of us have been there, too, and we're here to support you! 

We will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions, giving you accurate information regarding all of your pregnancy options.

Our staff is trained to provide you with compassionate and judgment-free care. Your time with us is always confidential and we will never charge you for our services. 

What you will need for your appointment: 

• Photo ID (Driver's License, State ID, Permanent Resident Card or Passport) 
• Your Due Date (If you are not certain that you are pregnant, we can provide you with a free pregnancy test) 
• Any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy options

No health insurance? No problem! 

Many of our clients wonder if they will need health insurance when visiting our center.

An appointment to discuss your pregnancy options is not a medical appointment. However, even if you do end up making a medical appointment with our medical staff, you will not need health insurance. 

Medical services we can provide you with include pregnancy verification and first-trimester ultrasound. These services are administered by our registered nurse at no cost to you and do not require insurance. 

Of course, if you are pregnant, you must receive prenatal care. While we do not provide prenatal care at our facility, we can provide you with a list of doctors. Our licensed medical professionals can also provide you with a pregnancy verification which will be needed to get health insurance.
